Comfort Room – 2-4 persons
The Comfort Rooms feature a balcony and most of them are south-facing. The bright, sun-kissed rooms create a pleasant ambiance and the warm furnishings with lots of wood offer a homely feeling. The rooms are equipped with satellite TV, a desk, a bathroom with WC and shower or bathtub. Some rooms also feature a bidet. Some of our Comfort Rooms offer space for 3 to 4 persons.

Rates and discounts
The prices apply per person, including a simple breakfast for a stay of 3 days or more.
The local tax of € 1.80 for guests of 14 years or older is not included.

Terms of payment
You may pay your bill in the hotel in cash or by credit card, ATM or EC card.
Arrival & Departure
Arrival: Your room is ready for you from 6 p.m. If you arrive earlier or after 9 p.m., please let us know in good time.
Departure: We kindly ask you to settle your bill the evening before departure. On your departure day, we ask you to vacate the room at 10:00 a.m. at the latest.
Cancellations
Cancellation conditions according to Art. 1382 ZGB
In the case of cancellations for other reasons, the following cancellation conditions apply:
- Until 30 days before arrival, you may cancel your booking free of charge.
- From 29 days to 7 days before arrival, your deposit will not be reimbursed.
- 6 days or less before your arrival, no-show or late arrival, or early departure, 70% of the room price will be charged.
The cancellation of your booking must be made in writing.

Terms of Use Digital Guest Card
Upon completion of the accommodation contract, the Südtirol Alto Adige Guest Pass (consequently Guest Pass) will be issued to the guest, which according to the decision of the South Tyrolean regional government No. 732/2022, is valid for the entire duration of their stay as well as from 0:00 on the day of arrival unto 24:00 on the day of departure.
The Guest Pass includes the use of all public transport within the “südtirolmobil” network area as well as additional services, which vary depending on the tourism organization. Detailed information can be found at: suedtirol-guestpass.info
The sole entity carrying the Guest Pass in South Tyrol is the Mobilitätskonsortium, appointed as the unified coordination point in accordance with the above decision of the South Tyrolean regional government by the Provincial Association of Tourism Organizations of South Tyrol on November 16, 2022.The details of the additional services associated with the Guest Pass and the conditions of use of the Guest Pass are communicated by the third party responsible for issuing and managing the Guest Pass.
